Our Silk Screen Printing Services Process

Step 1:

You send us the design, or we can work with you create a custom design of your own.

Step 2:

Our dedicated staff in the design department will analyze each submission to see what works and what doesn’t. Each color is separated into its own individual screen, clean them up and send them to you for your approval. After we have the “ok” your design is sent off to the printer.

Step 3:

Our printers add the ink with the color of your choice. Then each shirt is printed in order of the color, flash drying between each screen ensures crisp quality and keeps the colors from bleeding.

Step 4:

Almost finished! Your product is dried at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 seconds on one of our conveyor belt dryers. This process is so that the fabric and the ink are evenly cured. This keeps your design from cracking, peeling, fading, or washing off. We want you to wear your tee’s for decades to come.

Step 5:

Our quality control specialists inspect each product. After every single product gains approval its time for delivery!!

Step 6:

We will use whatever delivery method you choose FedEx, US postal service, UPS, customer pick up, or local drop off.

Step 7:

The best part of the process, you receive your products!! We’d love to see you rocking your product in real-time. Keep us in mind when posting on your social media accounts. What kind of ink do you use

We use the best quality plastisol inks possible. We prefer plastisol inks because they’re distinctively adaptable and not very often need any kind of alterations, they do not dry unless appropriately cured, and they’re extremely dependable. Using plastisol assures that your shirts will last for years to come.

Will your screen printing come off in the wash?

Of course! Our shirts are dried at the industry standards for the specific inks printed. For example, regular plastisol ink is cured at 320 degrees Fahrenheit therefore, the design and your shirt are married for life.

Do you only print t-shirts?

No way! While t-shirts are definitely our top-selling product, we print on a multitude of products, including sweatshirts, hoodies, caps and hats, sweatpants, bags, towels, women’s apparel, and more.
