What Is The Average Turnaround Time For Foil Printing?

What is the maximum print area can I use to print my foil design?

We recommend a maximum print area of 12" wide x 17" tall maximum.  This is the standard size for a large image on a typical adult-sized t-shirt. For special requests regarding oversized printing or different print sizes, please call us at 1-1-888-447-4146

Does foil print last a long time?

Due to the nature of the process, washing a foil print can be a sensitive matter. Foil prints can be less permanent than most other decoration styles. It tarnishes after washing and may start to flake off slightly after numerous washes. We’ve honed our methods of getting excellent washability of prints by doing a double heat setting, but it still bears mention that this sort of decoration requires extra care to last the life of the garment.

 

1. Turn the shirt inside-out.

2. Use a delicate wash cycle, or better yet wash by hand, with cold water and a mild detergent.

3. Hang dry.

4. Do not iron over foil.
