Once Your Order is Placed...
Our designers review every detail of your order to guarantee you everything will print and embroider flawlessly. Every order comes with free design review, so you never have to worry about exact placement, correct colors, pixelation, sizing, or alignment of designs. We take care of everything. If we have to do any minor adjustments such as color changes, font adjustments, or minor shape modifications this will be on us. Any major changes may incur a fee.
Step 1: Artwork Creation And/Or Review
Artwork is given to us every way imaginable; from a simple explanation over the phone, to high-resolution art files sent via email. Once we know what we’re working with, our talented designers go through every detail to ensure perfection.
Step 2: Customer Approval
After your art is reviewed by our team, we send a final proof back to you for your final approval. The proof will show the exact dimensions, colors, sizing, and placement of your artwork as it will appear on your garment. This way, you know exactly what to expect when your garments arrive.
We won't print a single piece of your order until you tell us you’re certain with what we are doing. Besides, you know your design best, you're the originator!
Step 3: Production Begins
After you approve your final design, your order is ready for production. We always print orders ahead of time because if you're on time your late. We print order earlier

Creating designs from scratch
Many times, customers simply let us know what they'd like to see whether over the phone or through email and—BOOM!—we create visuals from verbal instruction, once the order is placed and we finish the design, we will email you a copy of your mockups so that you can review the artwork before put into production ..
Taking an existing design to the next level
If you have a simple design, simply send us your rough draft and we'll make changes or add details for you if need be. Basic revisions include adding more colors, shading, fine lines, and more. We will send you a design proof showing the finished artwork, and you will have the final say on whether it is approved for production.
Brand logos and print-ready artwork
Whether you are starting out with print-ready or vector artwork, or simply have a specific request for sizing, placement or colors, our design team are professionals in creating artwork with even the strictest of guidelines. What File Formats Are Best For Printing?
Our professional graphic designers can work with ANY file format or instruction. While we prefer certain file types in vector format or high-resolution artwork at 300 DPI, it is not a requirement for us to start printing your order.
However, if you would like to make it easier on our designers, we would prefer:
