Embroidery products are vast, we cater to the needs of anyone and everyone – from corporate to casual - from a one-time event to ongoing uniformity. No order is too big or too small, and we’d be happy to accommodate the needs of your business or event!

Step 1:

You submit your design. Our design staff take it, clean it up and figure out the best way to embroider it on the product of your choice.

 

Step 2:

We send you a final proof of the design for approval. Please keep in mind production will not start until you are 100% satisfied with the final design.

 

Step 3:

We send the design off to our embroidery specialist. They quickly and carefully hoop and sew the logo onto your product.

 

Step 4:

Each piece is then handled by the quality control team to ensure any additional fabric or stitches are trimmed and cleaned up. After the initial round of clean ups there is another round of clean ups to ensure complete and total accuracy.

 

Step 5:

We will use whatever delivery method you choose Fedex, US postal service, UPS, customer pick up, or local drop off.

 

Step 6:

The best part of the process, you receive your products!!  We’d love to see you rocking your product in real-time.  Keep us in mind when posting on your social media accounts.  We wouldn’t object if you wanted to say a kind word or two on Google, Facebook, and Yelp. Instagram  #okgtee

What is the average turnaround time for embroidered apparel

 

We pride ourselves on speedy turnaround times, with orders fully completed in 7-10 business days after they are received. Although, if you need your products sooner than that (we know, it happens), we can accommodate even the strictest of deadlines.

What kind of heard do you use?

There are many types of threads used in embroidery, but the most common are rayon and polyester. Rayon has a natural shine and Polyester has a resilient vibrance. Either choice is excellent we aim to give our customers all the information to make the best decision for their company/organization.

 

How large can my design be?

We recommend that designs be 4 to 5 inches side, but if can accommodate your request we most certainly will.

 

Does embroidery last a long time?

Your embroidery will last longer than the product its printed on. Because of the care, we give to each individual client, we guarantee the quality of our services.

 

          

How do I know you will deliver them on time?

As our client your complete satisfaction is our business. Our in-house process is like a well-oiled machine and has been built upon since the 1st day we opened our doors. Our clients are all giving the accessibility and attention as if the process were one on one.

 

Acceptance of an order means we can accommodate. We will never, under any circumstance accept an order we cannot fill or a deadline we cannot meet. At the same time, we are not the folks who are running a regular 9-5 operation we have no problems putting in extra time when the occasion calls for it.

 

Can you embroider my logo?

Short answer:  Absolutely! The artist in our design department will work with you to make your logo feasible.
